These are the best veggie burgers ever. They’ve completely satiated my craving for burgers since I’ve gone vegetarian. Restaurants don’t serve veggie burgers as good as Luna’s. It’s also nice to know they are made in Columbus of all Ohio ingredients. Miam!   lunaburger.com

Tri Rohn Tri!

Inspired by Kat, I completed my first triathlon this month. It was awesome and the hardest thing I’ve done in a long time all at once. Everyone should do a triathlon at some point in their life. I’m a horrible swimmer and even I finished. I’ll be back competing in one next year.

Harder hit

Oak openings was hurt pretty bad by the tornadoes over the weekend. Trees are knocked down and uprooted, paths are blocked, and entires swaths are cleared or chopped in half. It’s pretty amazing. But its still my favorite place un Toledo to run. I wonder what the deer did during the storm.
