Tri Rohn Tri!

Inspired by Kat, I completed my first triathlon this month. It was awesome and the hardest thing I’ve done in a long time all at once. Everyone should do a triathlon at some point in their life. I’m a horrible swimmer and even I finished. I’ll be back competing in one next year.

the chicken at bayou billy’s was so good we went back for seconds. this time in po boy form. katie would have been proud. their bread was really good and the blackened chicken was one of my top two meals of the night.

DR and I finished our trip with one giant stretch. Yesterday we visited the new Mexico capitol in Santa Fe, watched the sun rise at the grand canyon, and visited the original McDonald’s. We did a lot of cool things in a short trip.
