for those that missed it, and you really shouldn’t have, kt celebrated her birthday this weekend. in true female form, she did things right with a party in her honor.
allison sent out the invited and people showed up saturday night. we were graced by the presence of several great people: coach bragg, dustin dauer (in his mike vick jersey), doug gannon, gramma, and the dyers and mcclellan’s.
it was the first time we had a decent sized get together in holland. we threw a fire pit in the back, some tables, and cornhole. kt spiced things up with beer margaritas and some fancy treats a la nancy pants. it was a fitting celebration for her and hopefully she enjoyed it. i know she’ll get plenty of use out of all of the teaching supplies she received.
remember that time pants cooked the food you like, hosted the tailgate, let you stay over night, visited you too often at school, learned how to text, took you to practice, made you feel uncomfortable when asking you about a gf or bf, cried when you left home, loved you more than should be possible. you probably do. cause it happens everyday.
