i’ve discovered a couple new things that i really like and thought i’d share with you.
i’ve mentioned the service jott.com before. it will transcribe and email messages to you. i use it quite a bit. one thing that i would like them to add, however, is the ability to send the messages to someone’s voicemail. well, pinger.com does just that. it’s very similar to jott.com. you set up some contacts, call them up, follow to voice prompts, leave a message, and voila, you send someone a texto that notifies them of the new voicemail.
the added benefit of this is that not every checks their email often enough to get the message in a timely manner. most people do have their cell phone on them at all times. that way you are almost guaranteed that they’ll receive the message.
i discovered pinger while reading a magazine that mikey subscribed to: inc magazine. this is my new favorite magazine. i’ve only read two of them, but they have very interesting profiles and relevant articles, as seen with the quick adoption of pinger. they “the daily resource for entrepreneurs.” i like to think i fit that category.
i highly recommend you check out both.
remember that time pants cooked the food you like, hosted the tailgate, let you stay over night, visited you too often at school, learned how to text, took you to practice, made you feel uncomfortable when asking you about a gf or bf, cried when you left home, loved you more than should be possible. you probably do. cause it happens everyday.

why wouldn’t you just call them on your phone and leave them a voicemail? i can’t say i get it yet.
ever want to leave a message for a group of people. instead of calling all of them you just make one message and it goes to the entire group.
awesome! falcon says ka kah!
